Prof. Thiago Ferreira is a black belt under Prof. Crolin Gracie.
Prof. Thiago teaches Gracie Jiu Jitsu on the NSW Central Coast as part of the Gracie Sydney Assocation and Beston-Gracie Jiu Jitsu. We highly reccomend his classes to anyone
who has the opportunity to train with Thiago.

Step 1
Thiago has established side control on his opponent with their right arm trapped in his armpit.

Step 2
Thiago turns his opponent onto his side..

Step 3
Thiago now switches his left arm to wrap tightly around his opopnents neck..
|

|
Step 4
As his circles to the North-South position, Thiago's hip forces his opponents arm across their neck.

Step 5
To complete the choke, Thiago spawls his hips and drops his head forcing the opponent to submit. (Both angles of the final step are shown here)
